H.E. Mr Jorge Enrique Constantino Gonzalez presented his credentials as the Permanent Representative of Panama to the Secretary-General of the International Seabed Authority on Thursday 6 December 2012.
Ambassador Constantino’s diplomatic career began in 1971 when he joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Panama. He has travelled widely representing his country in various diplomatic positions over the past three decades.
He arrived in Jamaica in April 2012 to take up his appointment as Ambassador of Panama to Jamaica.
