Madam Secretary-General welcomes the new Permanent Representative of Nepal to the ISA

Kingston, Jamaica (1 July 2026) – The new Permanent Representative of Nepal to the International Seabed Authority (ISA) presented his credentials  on Wednesday, 1 July 2026.   Madam Secretary-General Leticia Carvalho welcomed H.E.
