The Secretariat of the International Seabed Authority (ISA) is accepting proposals for a consultant or individual contractor to prepare report on the implementation of the Strategic Plan of the Authority for the period 2019-2013. This report will inform the work and consultations to be undertaken by the Secretariat for the review of the Strategic Plan and the High-Level Action Plan for the Authority for the next period with the aim to present a revised version for consideration and adoption by the Assembly in 2023.
Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience working with intergovernmental organizations, ocean governance, law of the sea or international affairs. The successful candidate will provide a written report, with annexes and supporting materials as may be required, to inform the work of the Secretariat in reviewing the current Strategic Plan and High-Level Action Plan for 2019-2023.
