Kingston, Jamaica, 28 October 2025 — The Secretariat of the International Seabed Authority (ISA) would like to inform all ISA Members States and Observers, as well as all other stakeholders, that the operations of the Secretariat in Kingston may be impaired for the next 24 to 48 hours due to the landfall of Hurricane Melissa.
