JAMAICA, Kingston (5 January 2018) – – The Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries, Republic of Korea (MOF-ROK), L’Institut Français de Recherche pour l’Exploitation de la Mer ( IFREMER), Interoceanmetal Joint Organization (IOM) and China Ocean Mineral Resources Research and Development Association (COMRA) are offering places for candidates from developing States under their 2018 contractor training programmes.
