Internal Justice System of the International Seabed Authority

The International Seabed Authority (ISA) has a two-tier internal justice system available to all current and former staff members, in accordance with the Staff Regulations and Rules of the Authority.

• Disciplinary Matters & Administrative Review
  For the submission of documentation and filings on all matters relating to disciplinary measures (Chapter X of the Staff Rules) and administrative reviews under Rule 11.2(a), please email internaljustice@isa.org.jm
• Appeals to the Joint Appeals Board
  Staff members wishing to appeal an administrative decision under Rule 11.2 of the Staff Rules should submit appeals by email to jabsecretariat@isa.org.jm
• Appeals to the United Nations Appeals Tribunal
  Staff members wishing to appeal a decision by the Joint Appeals Board may submit an appeal to the United Nations Appeals Tribunal by following the guidelines contained in the Administration of Justice webpage.
